We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If we have the artwork(s) in stock, we aim to package and send within 5 working days. If the work is part of a current exhibition we may ask if we can keep it on display for the remainder of the show and ship once the exhibition is over but this is at the discretion of the customer and by no means necessary.

Artwork Shipping Costs
Artwork shipping costs are calculated according to artwork size, framing and delivery location.
We use professional artwork couriers when necessary and will endeavour to cater to any special requests. You can notify us if there is a particular day that would be more suitable to receive your artwork.
We take every care to ensure that your artwork reaches you safely. However, if there is any damage when it arrives, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours and we will talk through options with yourself. Unfortunately we will not be liable to help if you leave notifying us for a longer period of time.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may request a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the artwork, please notify us via email with the full artwork details and reason for the return. Once the artwork has been safely returned, undamaged, we will refund your monies via bank transfer or PayPal.
